Pipitone Profiles: Caroline Constantine

Caroline, a 10-year public relations veteran, joined Pipitone Group in October 2020. Read on to learn more about what makes Caroline a true InteGREATor.

What’s your role at Pipitone, and what are some of your primary responsibilities?
I’m a Public Relations Strategist, so my primary responsibilities include traditional public relations and media relations. I do a lot of media pitching, strategizing and coordinating interviews for my clients. In addition to that, I do a fair share of social C.Constantinemedia marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Where did you attend college?
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism and mass communication, with a specialization in advertising/PR.

What led you to Pipitone? Tell us about your previous work experience.
Prior to joining the Pipitone team, I worked as an in-house PR and marketing communications lead for a variety of businesses – both large corporations like Butterball and small startups like Thread International – primarily in the business-to-consumer (B2C) sector.

Can you tell us about an accomplishment you’re proud of?
While I was doing public relations for Butterball, we managed to get Stephen Colbert on-site to answer phone calls at our iconic ‘Butterball Turkey Talk-Line’ for Thanksgiving. It was totally earned airtime, and it ended up adding to our more than 1 billion media impressions that November. Getting to meet him and be a part of that wildly successful campaign was an incredible experience.

What’s a fun fact about you?
While working at a 2015 trade show in Atlanta called “The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association Conference”, I ended up meeting my husband. He also proposed to me at a Neil Diamond concert during “Sweet Caroline”, which is pretty fun!

What do you like most about working at Pipitone?
At Pipitone, every day is a new adventure! My amazing colleagues and clients make every workday exciting and unique. I love to be challenged and think outside the box, which aligns perfectly with Pipitone’s integrated marketing approach. It also helps to be a part of an incredibly talented and driven strategic communications team.

Caroline, along with the rest of the Pipitone team, does great work with great people. To learn more about Pipitone’s integrated marketing and communications services, please visit our website.
